Fees depend on the property and what's involved in managing it. Rather than a flat rate, we put together a proposal specific to your property.

Yes. Your lease agreement is between you and your tenant, not with your managing agent. Switching agents doesn't affect the tenancy. We take over the existing lease, transfer the tenant file and bond, and manage it through to renewal and beyond.

We handle the transition directly with your outgoing agent, including transferring the lease, bond details, and property file. You won't need to manage the handover yourself.

We'll set up the property from scratch, including a full condition assessment, tenant file review, and transfer of the bond to our management. Most of the work happens on our end.

Every applicant is assessed on rental history, income verification, and references before being presented to you for final approval. You always make the final call.

Routine inspections are carried out every 13 to 15 weeks, with a full report and photos provided after each one.

Arrears are followed up from the first missed payment, not after a grace period. You're kept informed at every stage.

Yes. Notice periods are outlined in your management agreement at the outset, so you know exactly where you stand from day one.
